CHILDHOOD TRAUMA HEALING JOURNEY™

Childhood Trauma Healing Journey™

Childhood Trauma Healing Journey is the programme where you will learn about childhood trauma, its impact on you as an adult and your life and focus on post-traumatic growth.

We will walk you through everything you need to know about trauma and its impact on you. We will also learn coping skills that can help you manage your emotions by regulating yourself and how to deal with unpleasant feelings.

This is a step-by-step and one-to-one programme where you learn about your triggers, trauma responses, how to create a safe place and happy place and how to be in the present moment in the "Here and Now".

You will unlearn the unhealthy coping mechanisms and learn healthy ways of responding to external stimuli or coping with situations. This programme can help you safely face what happened to you instead of overwhelming your emotional system or shutting down or suppressing your feelings. Your participation is the key to your healing journey.

So, the change can begin!
