New Day New Life - Every New Day is an opportunity to create a New Life

New Day, New Life. Every time something happened, I just wanted to start a new life, leaving it all behind. Start fresh and not letting things happen again.

 

So, I realised that it is all my decision because every new day I had that opportunity, but be careful don't fall into the trap of the cycle that keeps you in the past. It can make you hold that negative emotion every day for days, weeks, months, or years. Every new day when you could do something amazing and be free, you keep living that cycle and repeat things again and over again.

Dealing with my emotions when no one is there to help me, that was tough. You feel like you are there, and you have that bunch of emotions and pain that you keep inside and just down know how to deal with it. No one is there who would understand you.

So, you might find it that even 10 or 20 years passed since nothing changed. You don't have a different result, no improvement, nothing at all. You have to break and get out of that cycle to produce the changes you want.

Somehow I knew inside me that one day that nightmare will end, and I am going to have an incredible life without the past.

New Day New Life is not about not to acknowledge what happened or how hard it was or ignore your experience. It is about even you had that painful childhood experience you can still overcome and decide what you want to focus on because every New Day is an opportunity to create a New Life. Even if you did go through those experiences, you can be healed and still be happy.

Moving away from that painful experience and do things differently to have a better result in your life.

You have that chance, that opportunity every day, but it is on you what you are going to do with that opportunity. Take it or leave it?

You don't have to carry the past that burden with you every day for years. There is a way out of this cycle which is just dragging you down and make you feel worthless, depressed and causing you other health issues.

The
best way to start fresh is to understand what happened and how it affected you, what this caused you, how that made you behave the way you do. When understand it, then it is easier to let it go and start fresh, but with all the knowledge, understanding, and wisdom that you know, the past will never influence you again!
